Sixteen teams will battle it out for a place in the quarter-finals, with every match bringing energy, teamwork, and plenty of competitive spirit. Whether you’re supporting friends, family, colleagues, or your company team, there’s no better way to experience the event than from the sidelines.

    How It All Started

The SBS Tanks Wheelchair Challenge began in 2021 when SBS Tanks CEO, Delayne Gray, accepted a challenge from The Little Eden Society to spend a full day in a wheelchair. After 14 hours navigating everyday life on wheels, the experience sparked a deeper understanding of mobility challenges – and inspired something much bigger.

    What Has Been Achieved

What started as a personal challenge has grown into an annual fund raising event, with a friendly wheelchair basketball tournament, that brings together families, friends, schools, businesses, and the wider community to raise awareness, build empathy, and create real impact.

    Wheelchair Basketball Tournament

A major highlight of the event is the Wheelchair Basketball Tournament, where teams compete in an exciting 5v5 showdown – full of energy, teamwork, and fun. Visitors are also welcome to join us for a fun-filled day of food, entertainment, and community spirit.
